2. Data we process

Through the contact form we process the type of enquiry, name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, optional dates and guest count, message content and technical data necessary to secure the form, in particular the IP address and security-check result.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering an enquiry, quotation request or taking steps before entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Website and form security and prevention of spam or abuse – legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Compliance with accounting, tax or other legal obligations where a business relationship arises – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Recipients

Our web-hosting and email provider HostCreators and the Google reCAPTCHA form-security service may access data where necessary. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Ordinary correspondence that does not lead to a contract is generally retained for no longer than 12 months after the enquiry is resolved. Where a contract is formed, relevant data is retained for its duration and subsequently for statutory retention periods or as necessary to protect legal claims.

6. Your rights

• Access to and correction of your personal data.
• Erasure or restriction where the statutory conditions are met.
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Data portability where provided for by the GDPR.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Office.

7. Voluntary provision and automated decisions

Providing data is voluntary, but without mandatory contact details we cannot answer your enquiry. We do not use automated individual decision-making or profiling when handling contact messages.

8. Security and validity

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures including encrypted transmission, CSRF protection, submission-rate limits and reCAPTCHA. This information applies from 4 September 2026 and will be updated if our processing changes.
